AN ECO-RESPONSIBLE CULTURE
Oliméga has been growing camelina in Québec for over 10 years now. This northern plant is part of a crop rotation system offering a new biodiversity for the soil. Seeds are cultivated with organic and natural fertilizers mostly in soil conservation technique. There are no seed treatment, fungicide nor insecticide whatsoever, and integrate bees in the growing process. The products are local, eco-responsible and GMO-free.

Chantal Van Winden and her family have been farmers for several generations. When learning about this 3,000 years old seed curiosity was piqued and they started studying its properties. After years of research and development, the family is proud to bring a new food to our plates and an alternative plant for agricultural producers in their crop rotation. |
