Décongeler une nuit au réfrigérateur. Cuire au four pendant 4h à 255°F / 125°C dans une plaque de cuisson avec grille ou sur un lit de pommes de terre. Laisser reposer quelques minutes avant de déguster. Bon appétit ! Thaw overnight in the fridge. Bake for 4 hours at 255°F / 125°C in a baking sheet with racks or on a layer of potatoes.
