Chefs Canada is a national organization representing and supporting Canada’s culinary community—both on the international stage and across the broader foodservice industry.

For over 7 years, the team has led Canada’s participation in the world’s most prestigious culinary competitions, including the Bocuse d’Or and the Pastry World Cup, while building a network of chefs, partners and industry leaders from coast to coast.

As the industry has evolved, so has our role. Today, Chefs Canada operates across two distinct pillars:

The Association & National Teams: Led by Thomas Delannoy, Chefs Canada continues to oversee and support Canada’s national culinary teams, representing the country at the highest level of international competition.

Chefs Canada Collective: Chefs Canada Collective is the organization’s commercial platform, focused on helping restaurants, hotels and foodservice operators strengthen profitability and build more sustainable businesses—while enabling brands to access and engage Canada’s culinary decision-makers.

Together, these two pillars reflect a broader mission: To support the Canadian foodservice industry not only through representation—but through real business growth, stronger partnerships and meaningful opportunities.

  • Leads the Association and oversees Canada’s national culinary teams, including Bocuse d’Or and the Pastry World Cup, representing Canada on the international stage.

  • Leads the organization’s commercial platform, focused on developing partnerships, programs and initiatives that drive growth for operators and connect brands with Canada’s culinary decision-makers.
