INGREDIENTS :
Whole duck, brine (water, salt, sugar, natural flavor), duck foie gras, pork, pork fat, bread (wheat), cranberries, maple syrup, salt, orange zest, black pepper.
*Contains wheat

INSTRUCTIONS :
Thaw overnight in the fridge. Bake for 4 hours at 255°F / 125°C in a baking sheet with racks or on a layer of potatoes. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
